Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities, develop roadmaps, and implement go-to-market (GTM) and expansion strategies for Europe and beyond in partnership with internal stakeholders;
  • Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps;
  • Act as one of general managers (directeur général) responsible for ensuring the DASP/PSAN’s (AMF registration #E2023-085) compliance with regulatory requirements and communication with external stakeholders including AMF and ACPR;
  • Keep track of and do things that are important to the business;
  • Execute and track progress of leadership meetings, governance meetings, and other interactions internally and externally;
  • Own ad-hoc projects (long term or short term) that do not naturally fall in any department or a project that the leadership team wants to individually drive such as competitor tracking, Partnership discussions, vetting investment opportunities;
  • Determine and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and how to measure performance;
  • Assist the leadership team in influencing and driving strategy alignment across various functions;
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership in the team;
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure budgets and resourcing are aligned to top business priorities;
  • Lead and drive cross functional initiatives that are part of the business strategy;


Requirement:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of experience across fintech, crypto, blockchain, consulting, investment banking, private equity, business operations, and/or business analytics.
  • Experience in GTM at a high-growth startup is an added plus;
  • Highly analytical and data-driven mindset - you can complete complex analyses, define critical metrics, size opportunity areas, and measure and report on performance across the business;
  • Ability to think across multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and work cross-functionally to deliver results;
  • Ability to flex between analytical, strategic and operational aspects of the job;
  • Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done;
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Languages: professional fluency in English and French.
